What are the pros of working at your company and/or team?
Tons of responsibility, brilliant teammates and founder, a lot of ownership. If you join junior, and you're willing to put in the work, you can take on responsibility super fast.Unbelieveable network. Kind of an embarrassment of riches in terms of network, partnership and collaboration opportunities. You will very quickly get to work with a lot of influential people.Erik cares about people, pays attention (even though he's spread thin), and gives great feedback. You will learn about yourself.I felt lucky to get to work with most teammates at Turpentine.
What are the cons or red flags of working at your company and/or team?
Lack of direction / vision. Challenges prioritising. See: embarrassment of riches.Team is super lean, resulting in people being worked to the bone. You will have to be happy working long hours. Though your responsibility will accelerate fast, your pay will not accelerate commensurately.
